You know, I HATE when people say that 40's are too much work, cause seriously anyone who owns a 40 knows its a load of bullshit Cause hey, seals blow its what happens, they're SUPER easy to replace, like come on. Take a foot nut off and the hi and lo compression knobs tap them with a mallet slide the lowers off, pop the seals out put in the new seals, maybe new oil. put the lowers back on all that then your ready to go. No hassle at all takes like 10min no joke. using a Motorcycle fork oil is Perfectly fine as its the same thing you get from fox, marz and RS. Just make sure its the same wt. As for the Strokers, i don't understand this. I'm not sure if theres a huge difference between the Car variety and the Bike variety maybe a different viscosity? ill have to see that But yea NEVER EVER EVER use any other oil aside from FORK oil and the weight from the company. I know a few people who use like transmission fluid and stuff, but id never do it.

As long as its the proper weight oil then your fine. Not to mention it has to be fork oil obviously, A friend of mine put conventional 7wt in his 40... that cost him a RC2 cartridge.

Dont get a Solo Air for your sunday unless you also plan on having a 5.0 air in the back. The feeling is just messed up and you will feel as if eat up your front end more so then the rear end, Before i bough my sunday i rode a few others. one of which has a soloair on the front, and it was nothing but trash.
